Meditation can be accomplished almost any place any time. Sitting quietly in your garden, listening to the sounds of nature, watching the leaves flutter in a breeze, a bird flitting from branch to branch, a butterly alighting on a flower. It can also be achieved while you're standing at your sink washing dishes. It doesn't mean you won't have thoughts, but you can learn to let them drift by and let them float to the background while you concentrate on your breathing and the tranquility of the moment.
I provide a guided meditation via Zoom every Sunday at 10 a.m. If you are a subscriber to our blog, you will receive a link to the zoom meditation every week. It's a half hour that you can sit back in your favorite place, inside or out, and let me take you on a visualization into relaxation. Subscribe to the blog HERE
